COMMON FAQ'S
Do We Take Waste Away?
We are limited by council restrictions and cannot take the waste with us. Instead, we bag the waste and place it in your waste bin for disposal.
Do We Cover The Entire Garden?
Anywhere your pooch has pooped outside on your property we will collect/clean.
No External Access, Can We Still Visit?
Unfortunately for insurance and safety purposes we cannot visit if you do not have external access. Transporting pet waste through your property is not safe.
How Often Do We Visit?
The team at Scoop Crew can visit either weekly, twice weekly (or more if required), bi-weekly on request, monthly and we can even visit as a one-off.
